1. No Unauthorised Commercial Merchant Advertisements & Promotions in all your postings, avatar or signature of any sort without any authorisation from us. Do not pretend and disguise your commercial merchant ads by putting it as useful links for our members.
2. No spamming or promoting of your websites or business without any authorisation from us.
3. No spamming of irrelevant ads or keywords or postings in different forums or different categories or title or content.
4. No soliciting for business, monies or financing in whatever form or conducting any surveys to solicit contact numbers.
5. No Conflicting / Competitors Websites or Forum Links of any kind to divert traffic away. [Note : We welcome and users from other car forums but kindly be polite, sensitive, considerate and reply to questions posted instead of diverting others to another website url links.]
6. No Conflicting / Competing Websites or any mention of Conflicting / Competing products & services or any mention of Conflicting / Competing companies or advertisers With Our Advertisers.
7. No MLM soliciting / advertisements / recruitment notices
8. No Obscenities & Vulgarities. Don't be rude.
9. No Flaming or Slandering or Personal Attack or Racist Remarks or Racist Comments.
10. No preaching of your religion or views. No imposing of your views on others. Be sensitive.
11. No infringement of copyrights. You shall be liable for any copyright infringement in all your postings, avatar or signature of any sort.
12. No copying of copyright content. Best to describe briefly the content & provide a link to the content.
13. No sales of counterfeit or pirated products. Avoid trouble.
14. Avoid Duplicate threads or postings. Kindly search or browse before posting similar threads or postings. Use your common sense to judge if topics are likely to be posted already & search for similar threads or postings.
15. We shall not be liable for any comments or remarks made by any of our member. You are ultimately responsible for all your postings. Avoid unnecessary legal entanglements as far as possible.
